I received this in a package some time ago and is one of the few items I could not use.

This is a very early 1990s JMI motor focuser for the following models:

Early C5 and C8
Late C5 and C8
C11 and C14

Meade 2080 and 2120

**It is important to realize that when this label states "late", this is at least a decade before the dawn of the Nexstar and I would apply using that acknowledgement to pretain to years no later than 1995-97.**

This is an untested unit as it did NOT come with the hand controller OR the aluminum connective knob, which you change out on your applicable cassegrain's focuser. I have owned these before and all appears original and what you'd find with the very early JMI products.

Built of  milled aluminum and brass with steel hardware and a rubber-sheathed cord. Weighs exactly 7 ounces.

Cosmetics are used and in great condition overall. No areas of worry that I can find. Light rust on the attachment screws, but not a big deal. No kinks or frayes in the wire and the wire is not loose.

Will ship to anyone on the planet.
