Comes with the velvet lined case, original manual, keys
Two Questar brandon eyepieces (16mm & 24mm)
& Questar 3.5" camera coupling set

Serial number: 7-DP-9350-BB

apologies for the dust shown in the photos, we prefer to leave the cleaning and knob adjustments to the buyer
note 5th photo, rest assure it's not condensation nor is the coating coming off. the entire interior of the photo booth we used to take the photos is lined with a textured silver fabric to maximize the LEDs' output.
