It's time to clean out the "shop" - and see what's of any interest here on AM.
I have four 2x3-inch first surface mirrors. Three are 1/4-inch thick and one is 1/8-inch thick. The coatings on three look fine. One of the thicker ones has very slight sleeks near the center, and some small places along the edges where the coating is absent.
The one with slight issues was is in a little manila envelope with "Cat. No. 1167 2 x 3 First Surface Mirror A Jaegers Lynbook, NY" on it. The two other identical mirrors are in evelopes just marked 1167 and the thinner in an envelope marked #1659. I suspect they all came from Jaegers. As I recall, I planned to make a super sized Telrad or two - a project that made less sense later.
Thanks for looking. Let me know if you need any more information.
Clear skies, Alan
