I have a like-new pair of Leica 7x42 HD bins that were made in 2014 and purchased by me from B&H in 10/10 condition in 2016. They have been used very little as I was too busy doing other pursuits. When I got the binoculars, the focuser had a bit of backlash and so I sent them off to Leica USA where they adjusted focus, cleaned, lubed, adjusted all functions and collimated optics (although they were perfectly collimated before).

I have owned Leitz, Swarovski and Nikons in the similar roof configurations and the Leicas were the finest glass that I had ever looked through. These sell new on Flea Bay for $1850 and $2200 for the Plus model. They are: 1.7 pounds; BaK-4/Roof; waterproof, nitrogren purged, with fast central focus. The eyecups can be telescoped at different click stops for the optimal eye relief. They have 6mm exit pupils and 17mm of eye relief. The lenses have the Leica AquaDura proprietary coatings. The same year these were made, Leica came out with the HD Plus version but most hardcore birders cannot tell the difference between the HD and the HD Plus in side-by-side view offs.

These binoculars come with a limited lifetime warranty by Leica USA and have the original test certificate showing March 2014. If you have always wanted to have the very best astro/birding binoculars that money can buy, here is your chance to get a pair and save lots of money. The glass and body of the binoculars are without blemish and are incredibly comfortable to hold in your hands. Thanks for looking. BTW, I have been on Astromart for about 18 years with over 750 5-star ratings that keep getting erased when I let my membership lapse. If you plan to use PayPal, please include their 3.2% fee and I only want to sell these in the CONUS.
