09.09.2020 - camera is now sold

09.02.2020 - reduced asking price again, willing to entertain reasonable offers.

This is a SiOnyx Aurora (standard version) infrared sensitive night vision camera in great condition.  Has built-in digital compass, GPS, accelerometer and WiFi. It is water resistant (IP67) and even weapons rated. Camera uses a 1" CMOS sensor with large pixels, capable of very low-light video recording at 720p and 0.9MP still images. Yes, these are low resolution by regular camera standards but this is optimized for low light imaging (ISO equivalent of 812,000).  Focus is manual but with focus peaking assist that is very effective in poor light conditions.  Works quite well in partial moonlight. It is packed with features so I would urge you to check out specs online and some reviews (there are some good video reviews as well).  It is well built, feels solid and fits in palm of your hand comfortably.  I used this mostly when taking my dog out for a late night walk - not so much for picture taking but to check out whatever might be lurking in the woods.  One cool thing about it is a "color mode" for seeing night vision color - sort of a gimmick but I found myself using it often. There are also "green" and "greyscale modes".

The Aurora came with one battery, strap and USB charging cable. I will also include a quality SanDisk 32GB microSD card and throw in an infrared flashlight with focusable beam - lot of fun to use along with the Aurora.  I'm attaching a few images captured with the camera to give you an idea of what to expect.

Current price for the Aurora is $799 new, I am asking $600 $550, which includes PayPal fees and shipping to CONUS address.

Happy to answer any questions.
