For sale is an excellent condition Celestron Advanced VX mount. This is one of the "better" models with good worm mesh all around the RA and DEC.
Includes:
-Nexstar+ Hand Controller
-Counterweight
-Car adapter cable
The axes are slightly sticky which is typical with AVX mounts. The motors run smoothly without stalling or overloading. The axes can only be improved by replacing the polymer bearings and relubing which you can do yourself or by sending to Deep Sky Products. Due to the excellent mechanical condition of this particular mount it would be a good candidate for Hypertuning.
