Like new, CEM70EC mount with case, iPolar and one 21Lbs counter weight. Wonderful mount in excellent condition, purchased as an open box and has never left the yard, I believe it was a return because the case was slightly damaged, only cosmetic. I purchased this for myself as a gift a couple of months ago for my birthday not knowing that my family had purchased a new one for me as well...
