Takahashi NJP Temma 2 GoTo mount, Tak 12V-24V power module, All cables and hand paddle, Casady saddle plate, 4 weights, Large accessory plate, Illuminator for polar alignment reticle, ScopeGuard case with handle and wheels, tall Tak wooden tripod with all fittings. Some rust on the white traingle tripod spacer but funtions perfectly.  ScopeGuard case with small ding on side, came to me that way, it works perfectly. NJP is Rated at 70# payload but, most people who know the NJP say it's perfect with 100#.
I used PoleMaster for Polar alignment, (not for sale), refined with PHD2 for outstanding tracking.. These mounts are legendary for precise tracking.
