This is a dome only without walls. It is to be placed on top of your building. Includes all hardware for assembly, rotation motor and gear ring for dome. Dome has some flashing around the bottom to prevent rain from getting into my building. Everything about 2 years old. Works fine. I'm going to a roll-off roof design to hold 3 scopes. Pick up in southeast Tennessee.
