The observatory is located in Lake Riverside, in the high desert of Southern California at 3,500 feet (1,067 meters) above sea level. The skies are 4.5 on the Bortle scale.
The observatory is 12'x14' (3.7 x 4.3 meters) with two piers isolated from the floor. The warm room is 9.5 'x 8' (2.9 x 2.1 meters) with conduit running from the warm room to the base of the piers. I am willing to include my current imaging setup with an addition to the purchase price if a buyer is interested.
There is a 2,105 square foot (195 m^2) 3-bedroom, 3-bath house with an 1,100 square foot (93 m^2) shop on the 2.65 acre (1.07 hectare) lot. The property is located inside a gated community. There is 100mb fiber connectivity at the house and the observatory.
