I have a 0.5 A T-Scanner Hydrogen Alpha Solar Filter with the T-S to Ion Upgrade- Climate controlled housing upgrade for T-scanner provides precision tuning for always on-band performance. Includes +/- 0.5Å
wing shift capacity. Operates on12VDC with included wall adapter.
This has never been used, it has been in the case since the day I got it!!
The operating temperature is 48C not 48F, there was a mistake on the label.
Also included is a RF2D2 2" Drawtube - connects standard SCT thread to 2" drawtube.
Spoke to Daystart and they said the current value of the filer is at $2500, originally paid $3800.
They mentioned this filter's performance is in between their low end Quark and their highend filter, the Quantum.
