I bit off more than I can chew with this beast. It's just to heavy for me to handle.
Meade 14" LX200GPS OTA . Optics are very clean. The photo is a excellent representation of the optics condition. Has a 50mm Meade finder. JMI 2" motorized focuser with a Rigel NuFocus controller. Tube cover. Heavy duty mouting saddle plate wth radius blocks and upper top plate.
Tube has scuffs, paint fading in places and one dent which is about 1-1.5cm in size.
Aside from the outside OTA photo's you can get a good sence how large the dent is looking at the optics photo. The dent is located around the 11o'clock position towards the back of the OTA. No other dents in tube.
$1700. If the focuser and controller is not wanted price is $1550.
This is pick up or meet for delivery within 150 miles of central Connecticut.
Will not ship under any circumstance. Could meet up at next mounts Stellaphane conference as well.
