This package includes an assortment of Precise Parts and Meade photo / visual adapters to connect  cameras, mechanical focusers, star diagonals, eyepieces, etc. NOT included in the price but availabe separately are a Feathertouch FT3015BA focuser with adapter to fit this scope, Starlight Instruments Handy Stepper Motors (2), cables, hand controller, Focus Boss II controller with wired and wireless channels (2 each), and a set of Meade Series 5000 UWA eyepieces (30mm, 24mm, 18mm, 14mm), with Meade 2" 2x Barlow, 2" and 1.25" filters; ADM counterweight bar with clamp-on weights, and several other visual and photographic accessories originally purchased for use on this scope. 

This scope is in excellent condition and has seen very little use. All electronics including self-leveling, auto-alignment, focusing, and collimation functions work. The optics are pristine. 

I would prefer the buyer pick this up in person, however I can ship this instrument and its components at the buyer's expense and via the buyer's choice of shipping methods.
