Explore Scientific N208CF 8" f/3.9 Imaging Newtonian Astrograph - Carbon Fiber OTA - Reduced $175 now $575 including PayPal fees and free shipping.
This is as low as I will sell this, and this is a great price for what is like new condition, not a mark on the carbon fiber tube, and optical coatings are great.
I bought this slightly used this year, and I never used it, and I just purchased an ES ED152CF for this purpose.
I have the original boxes to ship this at my expense. I also accept PayPal and I pay all the PayPal fees. The price includes the Meade 608001 Laser Collimator with 2" Adapter. I am negotiable to selling it without the collimator if you don't need it.
This OTA includes the optional Crayford focuser, and not the original rack and pinion focuser.
The only issue I see wrong with it is that the spider is slightly tilted, something that can be adjusted out in collimation. I was going to slot the spider holes to allow perfect tilt of the spider, but I did not make the modifications after I decided to jump on the ES ED152CF sale at HP Scientific, and I don't need both OTAs at this point.
In summary, free shipping, no PayPal fees, original double shipping box with included soft case. The covid-19 is making it hard to get items from asia, this one is on hand and ready to ship.
