I bought this set with the intention of taking it to dark sites for wide field imaging. Well, I haven't done that and its been sitting around, so, its time to go to a new home.

Its a Borg 55FL f/3.6 refractor with the PrimaLuce Esatto 2" focuser. It has the PrimaLuce rings and dovetail as well. I've never actually used the scope so its essentially brand new. This does have the Borg reducer which brings the scope to 200mm at f/3.6. I have a USB C cable and power cable for the Esatto (it uses the 5.5x2.5 instead of the typical 5x5x2.1 that alot of other focusers and cameras use) that is included.

I bought several adapters that will be included with the sale.
  • Adapters to attach a Nikon Z series and adapters to attach a Sony NEX mirrorless camera with the correct backspacing
  • The mirrorless adapters included are 7880 (which is the reducer with M57 female threads), 7000 (DSLR adapter), 7921 (M49.8 Extension), 7922 (M49.8 Extension), 5032 (Nikon Z-Mount) and the 5013 (Sony NEX Mount) which will hit your 60mm back spacing
  • I bought three adapters that change the Borg M57 thread to M54, M48 or M42 threads which are all 5mm in optical length. The back focus for the Borg 55FL is 60mm so these adapters will allow you to attach your 55mm ZWO/QHY image train to the Borg and have the proper back spacing. (I know that part 7822 says M57 to M36.4 on the box and my bag has M57 to M42 - both are correct. Part 7822 adapts to M42 male and M36.4 female)

The Borg 55FL with the Esatto is selling for $2695 new right now without all of the extra adapters. I'm asking for $1800 shipped insured CONUS via UPS. I'll cover shipping. I can accept Paypal Friends and Family (thanks to IRS reporting - Beginning January 1, 2023, the Internal Revenue Service implemented new reporting requirements for payments received for goods and services, which will lower the reporting threshold to $600 USD for the 2023 tax season), cash in person, money orders/cashier's check.
