I have for sale the utimate short-tube: a like new, Vixen - 80SS - 3.1" f/5 achromatic refractor. One reviewer writes: "Vixen 80SS Exceeds Expectations. This little Vixen is light in weight and super compact. My experiences have been using the 80SS for astrophotography. As a low cost deep sky telescope, this Vixen has to be semi-APO in performance. The telescope has a flat fully illuminated field when used with a Nikon D70 DSLR, and there is no obvious chromatic color; even on the brighter lunar images.
