I haven't seen this on anybody's web page, it may be a custom part. Losmandy 4" pier extension, with an adapter plate sized to fit an 8" pier. Some very minor blemishes in the finish.
The diameter of the pier flange is 7.95 inches, the outside diameter is 8.125 inches. It has a single 1/2" bolt joining the two components. Very smoothly finished aluminum.
