Before I fire off a less than 5 star rate to a seller, I thought I'd bring it up before the council.. Astro-Marter is selling an item... ad states: price $$$, buyer pays shipping, pay pal, cash, or Money order. I respond with a "I'll take it" seller replys one other ahead of me, he is trying to decide...I wait till next day.. seller contacts me saying interested party backed out, do you still what the item? I respond with YES... I state I will be sending a Money Order... seller write back, there is another person who in the meantime says he will pay pal me which is much quicker... I answer back... I am not set up for PP... I will not be getting the item... what type of feedback would be appropriate in this case? Seller has 23 five star rate on his/her profile... I have never graced anyone with a 0 rate... but should a rate even be considered? After all an actual transaction never evolved. Should this type of chicanery be swept under the rug? Or is it who ever comes through with the Bucks$$ fastest wins... thank you for any feedback you may wish to conclude, John M in Astoria, OR.
