Help with closing that account

Hello everybody, 
i'de apreciate your help - 
2 month ago i registerrd to that website in order to get some information about something i awas planning to purchase. 
eventually i havn't used the website. a month later i've notices a 15$ charge in my credit card. 

I tried to cancel the account without success, i don't need it. 

can anyone please guide me how to do it ? 

( no one mentioned anything about that charge, & it happen automatically without my approval.

I'm in the same situation. I just wanted to check the price of one of the items being sold here (which i found from googling). I thought it was a little sketchy that they asked for my credit card information right off the bat but I thought I'd give them a chance because I really wanted to see the price of that item. Not only did that item end up already being sold (not mentioned until after I made my account) but they automatically subscribed me to something and charged me $15. Im sure it was somewhere in that ridiculously long terms and agreement, but it seems incredibly sketchy to not make that $15 fee obviously apparent to the users. Very disappointed in this website and I just got here. If someone could guide me through canceling my account I would greatly appreciate that.

Well 1st off only members can see the prices......in order to become a member you will be charged $15 which is for a yearly membership. Memberships do not automatically renew either. There is nothing to cancel. In a year from your join date if you do not renew your membership by paying the $15 yearly fee again then you will lose your access to the functions of the site that membership offers such as the ability to see the asking price on an ad. If you dont wish to use the site then that is your prerogative. However, you will have member level access for 12 months from your join date.

As for the item you wanted already being sold, not everyone marks their items sold and since the site operators have no idea if something was sold or not that issue is with the seller not Astromart.  

From what I have seen regarding signing up on the site the $15 fee is clearly shown. If there were not a charge then there would be no reason to obtain your CC information as well.
