Not receiving incoming messages - need admin help

Anyone know how to get in touch with an AM admin or moderator.  I need help investigating why I'm not receiving messages in my Inbox. Sometimes they arrive in my personal email (very weird), and sometimes I do not receive messages at all.  I looked all over for a "contact us" link to inform AM but I do not see any way of contacting them - hence this post.

Thanks everyone.

It is support@astromart.com and I bet you didnt look at the TOS when you were looking for it.

As for your inbox if you are talking about the private inbox on the site and you are talking about notifications for responses to an ad then I think it defaults to your registered email address not the inbox.....I didnt look just now but I think I recall that being a configurable option on your account since the software upgrade some months back....or I may be thinking about Cloudy Nights. Have a look at your settings under the "My Account" settings.

Hi Thomas....

Had a couple minutes so I looked and it would appear the only option for receiving classified notifications is via email.....I entered a test ad as well and there was no option to get private mail instead on the site so I guess I was thinking about on cloudy nights.

so what kind of incoming messages are you talking about? Ad responses or PM's from other members not related to ads?

I was referring to responses from my Ads, and responses to my messages to other member's Ads.  But it seems to be working okay now.  It seems to be intermittent.  I'm not worries about notifications, only messages from members.  I'll let you know if it starts acting up again.

Thanks,
Tommy
