But my ad lost its "featured" status after less than one day. Anybody know how to address this?

1) you had FOUR accounts

2) you now have ONE account

3) the featured ad you paid for...... is UNUSED

4) go to your ad and click EDIT and then USE your PAID for a FEATURED ad
