Ratings not being accepted, and ratings disappearing

Recently, a few AM members who purchased items from me said that they were unable to submit ratings. In addition, one new rating did show up in my "Ratings I Have Received," but then the next day the rating was gone.

I do not have any new ratings from the last six months, even though some AM members have tried to submit ratings, and one or two succeeded--but only temporarily.

Does anyone know what is causing this problem?

Hi Lyle,

I think it has something to do with deleting a classified. I answered a wanted ad a while back and they left feedback for me, I went to post feedback for them and their name wasn't in my unused ratings any longer. I looked for the ad but it had been deleted and the feedback they left for me was gone.

I just submitted a 5 star rating for a buyer, and when I looked at the rating afterward it was shown as no stars.

Somehow I unentenally gave Richard Harding one star.  I don't know what I "touched" but it was my entention to give 5. Can I change that somehow?

Hi Stewart we have corrected the rating. It's 5 stars now.
