Reply to Ad problem

Twice now I have had buyers tell me that they are unable to reply to my ads. They can only seem to contact me through a private message which precludes me from giving or receiving feedback. When they try to reply to an ad, they get a message about being unable to send the message.

I have checked my e-mail preferences and it all seems to be as it should. I still do get new ad notifications for the equipment I have chosen to receive them for.

Please advise if you have any suggestions.

I tested mine and it is working wonderfully

Try responding to your OWN ad

If you get it then it works.

I don't see an option for me to reply to my own ad.
