Something feels scammy

There's an ioptron CEM60 for a very good price, with 560+ hits.  The seller says its still available, and seems to be agreeable to my offer.  The fact that its still available alone seems unlikely at this price.  He has no buyer/seller reputation, and only joined a few days ago.  I dont get any hits on his email address, name and location, nor his username here (checked CN and SGL).  He's slow to respond and when he does, its very short.  The listing was also posted at 4am.  Lastly, his email address is an outlook.com email, but the sending server's IP seems to be located in the Netherlands according to a geolocation IP lookup.  Why would someone living in Michigan be routed to a european microsoft server?

My scammer spidey sense is off the charts, and while I haven't sent him a dime, he still think's I'm on the hook.  I asked him if he had any pre-existing CN or SGL accounts I could verify he is who he says he is.  I doubt I'll hear back.

Is there anyone I can check or report this to?  If an admin has access to the IP address he posted the listing under, it would go a long way towards supporting or disproving his identity.

Thoughts or suggestions?  Thanks, everyone.

Well, either the admins, or the seller himself pulled the listing moments after posting.  I guess that's that...
