Supporter status disappeared after a few days

On February 20th I renewed my astromart membership ($15) and also gratefully paid the six month red sponsor fee($60). That day my ad was listed red and my account said I had credit for 100 ads.

Today my ad account says I only have nine ads left and the red sponsor identification has vanished.

My credit card statement shows ATWB paid $15 and $60 on 2/20/2017.

My credit card statement is not wrong. In a few days I did not use a bunch of ads up.

Someone please remedy this problem.....

Oh, and my receiving ad notifications per email has stopped as well.

I see your name a LOT so when you signed up I went and gathered ALL of your old accounts and merged them into one.

1200 ads +/-

You are here to profit - fine - great - no problem - you are being asked/REQUIRED to have a BLUE account - I simply converted your account from Red to BLUE and applied the BLUE rate

Astromart was never designed for some to hoard all the goodies and then resell them to the unsuspecting avg user.

You can have a BLUE account or none.

Let me know and I will refund your RED support.
