Hi all,

Just over a month ago I made payment on a scope, a pretty $$$ item. It has now been over a month and the item still hasn't been sent, the seller sighting delays due to being away and some family issues and with that I decided to grant a bit of latitude. I am just wondering if it would be unfair of me to ask for a refund of the money from the seller. Communication (e-mail) is still good but I have to initiate it.

Cheers,

Hans

If have had to ship large scopes before and within a reasonable amount of time have shipped them (usually within 4 days). Yes I would start asking for a refund, and if you paid with Paypal, file for a refund. That usually gets the ball moving fast, because they freeze the money in his bank account.

For that much money - I'd pay him a visit
