Why are my classified pictures upside down?

Pictures of the items I am selling have the proper orientation, however when I upload them they are all upside down. I rotated the images on my computer to be upside down thinking they would be inverted when uploading - same result, the images are posted upside down. Help...

Mike

Just use an image editor to open the image on your computer and then save it without making any changes. Unless of course it comes up with the wrong orientation there as well in which case you can rotate it and save also. Its a fairly common occurrence where the EXIF data in the image is either not saved properly or not read properly on the receiving end. I have used this method quite a few times to cure the issue..... I use a free one called photoscape that is pretty good and usually resize my images to something less in size, say 100k max per image which is still a nice sized quality image.....but just opening it and saving it has always cured the orientation issues for me.

I downloaded Photoscape X - worked like a charm. Thank you!
