mI recently got a vintage Hoya 60mm/FL910 refractor with EQ-AZ mount. It comes with wooden box and nicely packed. Both scope and mount is typical Japanese quality and nice. It produces clear and crisp view like other Japan made scopes. And mount operation is smooth, however Dec movement is limited similar to some old Vixen AZ mount. Tension knob needs to be released to rotate to the object and use slow motion knob for fine adjustement. Wooden tripod is similar to Vixen tripod, light weight and below Takahashi wooden tripod quality.
I can’t find any info about Hoya scope and not sure manufactured year.
Nice vintage refractor assembly. You might try contacting an astromart sponsor, the Matsumoto company who seems to offer rare/vintage scopes from time to time to determine if they could offer more information on Hoya refractors.
