Hi, I just need to know what type of paint. enamel or lacquer.Thanks

I have performed several restorations and found that powdercoating is the way to go. It is very durable and beautiful. I am fortunate to have a gentleman who has a shop nearby who is very reasonable and a perfectionist. His main business is automotive and motorcycle parts, but as he says parts is parts! Additionally, he does bead blasting to get things all cleaned up prior to coating the parts. I always liked the look of enamel, but it chips up easily. Check around and you may find a shop near you.
