This is my Denkmeier II binoviewer with a "Low Power" nose piece. It works as a barlow of about 1.5X. I cannot find any mention of it on the Denkmeier website.

Hi Walt,

Denkmeyer went through a number of optical correctors for use with their binoviewers. I do not have that particular piece in my collection but I have similar devices. The advantage of that device is that it allows you to come to focus in probably most refractors. If you truly have only 1.5 magnification then that is a good adapter. The challenge in getting binoviewers to focus in many scopes has always been the amount of magnification that the OCA adds to the setup. The best unit I have ever found is 1.35 so you are pretty close to that.

Walt,

This OCS was packaged with the Power-x-Switch Diagonal and provided roughly 2x when placed on the nose of the Denk diagonal with both switch arms retracted.
