Denkmeier customer service

I just had the diopters on my Denkmeier binoviewer upgraded to the self centering diopters. I am impressed with the quality of Denkmeier's customer service. They did an excellent job and got them back to me within a week. Not only did they do the upgrade I wanted, they cleaned the prisms and adjusted them. They even touched up a small chip in the paint. Not often do you see a company go the extra mile.
Oh and by the way I love using two eyes!

Thanks for the report. I'm planning to send mine in for the same upgrade. Question: how did you ship the BV, by itself or in the original "briefcase"?

I'm also tempted by the SCT PowerSwitch but wish the Barlow were less than 2X (high for my 6" f/15 Mak).
