Like a few others, I think one CDA is just the flipped image of the other. The confirming detail I would add is that the reflections shown in the CDAs are exact mirror images of each other. It would be quite difficult to set up lighting to produce that effect with two separate CDAs, for one would be reflecting light coming in from the left of the camera, and one would be reflecting light coming in from the right.
