Supplier of Japanese glass

"custom refractor built by Sky Instruments in Canada with 120mm lens made in Japan by the same supplier as the Vixen Achro's."

Saw this ad posted and have a question.
Does anyone know who the supplier is?
Can they be contacted?

Optron, they're in Japan. I believe they make lenses for Vixen, Mizar, and some Takahashi (though Tak gives theirs a final super-fine figuring that the others don't).
