Yes, I guess there were some made in Japan...I have one that says "Japan" on the chrome barrel.

I have a full set of T1 Naglers and could never acquire a T2 20mm from Japan no matter where I searched. But I do believe they did make them in that country because, although I also have the big smoothie WFs, I have seen them with the rubber grips and still marked "Japan". It would be fun to find a T2 Japan!
