Almost got her done. A bit more trim and caulk, then paint the interior. There's a dent in one of the front gores. I don't know what happened. I'll fix that but I may have to back up behind it. Oh well, the next one will be better ! 8O

Some one on Astromart mentioned a site called Build-A-Sign. I had to have one!
It's aluminum and only $18 !! 8)
My wife says I'm nuts!

Finally had time to build a prehung door.
I still have to weather strip the outside but I'll do that after it's installed.
I did the frame with half laps. I used 2x4's and a 2x6 on the lock side because it's 2 3/8" to the center of the knob.
Glassboard on the front and back and a Styrofoam core.

Looks like my Observatory sign is off about three houses. So much for internet GPS.
