I recently picked up a molded Mak corrector that I know little about other than;
1) It has an OD of 10.88" and a clear aperture of 10.5" so the customary flat lip on the concave side is about .2" wide.
2) It is approx. 1.44" thick.
3) The R1(concave) is about 10.95". In looking at the Maksutov Circulars, this blank is neither of the two sizes that were originally offered to the members, all of whom settled on the 11.25" diameter blank with an R1 of 15.25". Enclosed are a couple of shots. Surfing the web has not lead to any sites or individuals that I could find. Any assistance with this blank would be greating appreciated. I'm really interested in what the design R1 & R2 were to be as well as the primary R. Thanks very much.
