ETX 90 Base/Arms repair, replace (ISO)

My kids have an ETX90 and I foolishly tried to remove the wrong screw which twisted and snapped the wiring for the electronics.

Is there a wiring harness they sell to repair this or does anyone know of anyone selling a base with arms so I can get their scope back up and running for them?

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
