Celestron C6R Lens Upgrade

I noted that when looking at the pics.....which led me to ask about the weight. Not sure I would want to build an 8" F/12 using it as it would no doubt be pretty heavy.

This one is probably comparable to the AR6 by meade though so not a big deal.....its at least 3 or 4 lbs heavier than the C6-R if I recall correctly

Hey there Keith. I've tried a different website but couldn't get a hold of you through it. Found you on Astromart. I'm looking to do the 35r upgrade on my Celestron c6r. Big question is are you still making the adapter cell? And have you thought about making other sizes? Thank you for any info,  Marcus in Kissimmee Florida
