Looking at upgrading from my Pronto, I've seen an older Televue Genesis 500mm Flourite for sale. Which would be a better choice, the Genesis or a used Televue 85.
Given the choice of used Televue refractors.

As far as I recall the Genesis was a 100 mm scope. That said if the Genesis is in fine shape I would rather have it than a 85. I suppose calling it a 500 mm F/5 is just a tricky way of saying it is a 100 mm though LOL
