I live in Seattle, which has to be one of the most frustrating places on earth for astronomers. The street light in front of my house has been burned out since Halloween. Want to guess how many clear nights we have had since then? When I reported it like a good citizen, the City said they might not be able to get around to fixing it right away (aww, too bad). Want to guess when we'll get some clear weather again?

Um, why did you report the burned out light exactly?
