An idea about classifieds.

Hello? Is anyone running the classifieds section of this website? Why are there item for sale back to the year 2001? I know I can search for a specific time, but why are these items still listed? I know, I know $15 a year is pretty cheap, and it takes effort to keep a website running, but it looks like the classified section is a mess with items for sale years back and ads with no photos just to name a couple of oddities. Just exactly where does my $15 go? So my idea is just to maintain what you got.  I’ll get off my soapbox. Thanks for the time to rant a bit.

Let me put it this way

One person is complaining the ads go back to 2001 (only 2001?)

If we took them off there would be a factor of 1000 complaining we took them all down

Yes we get our 40 hours a week in

I get that. No matter what you do, someone will not like it. What about an archived section as an option in the search area? Archive anything older than a year? Just a suggestion.

you can search by date and several other options

Yeah 15$ a year isnt cheap when99.9% of online marketplaces are free for buyers to browse, visit, communicate, and make purchases. Why incur this cost to a buyer, when its the seller who should pay the fee.
