Sounds like it might not still be an active ad but rather already marked sold......if that is the case then the option to respond to the ad is no longer there.....It would appear you are out of luck.

Going forward regardless of how contact was made you should always respond via the ad even if you are already in touch with the seller....otherwise you wont have the opportunity to rate the seller.

Yes, you can adjust the rating, but if afterwards the seller "unsolds" the item, then deletes the ad, the current system also removes the negative rating which makes the rating system a mockery.

99.99999% positive just deleting the ad does not remove the rating. If someone has their account removed then that does remove ratings. However, you might have hit on something regarding if they 1st mark the ad as unsold then delete the ad.....That is something worth checking out......I passed it on to the powers that be.

you will not see the rating option on the ad page itself.

Go to:

https://astromart.com/account/ratings/unused when you are logged in and you should be able to see the remaining ratings to use. Of course, you need at least one contact through the AM system.

I verified the "Zane's trick" by wasting one of my good ratings and it works indeed so - after the SOLD status, when you revert to unsold (the programmer (Vlad?) from GetLeadsFast, LLC shall cancel this option) and then delete the ad, the negative rating disappears. Nice editing, you have there...
