Anybody know anything about 2 moons tonight?

something about creating some type of illusion around 12:37 tonight to make it seem like there are 2 moons?
10th hand info from wife, no idea myself.

Must be some internet garbage like the mars is closest stuff. The moon is not up in my area in that timeframe.

Internet codswallop. The Moon is currently near new and visible only in the early morning hours as a very thin crescent.

What I did not see mentioned in the previous comments in this thread is the probable origin of this silly rumor about "two moons tonight:" The new moon phase occured twice (in Universal Time) last month, on August 1 and August 30. (Since the second of two full moons in the same month is called a "blue" moon, should the second new moon be called an "orange" moon?)
