I took a few shots last night ... didn't come out very well due to seeing and I think some thermal current inside the OTA. Anyways, I got lost and I can't seem to find this on the map in Virtual Moon Atlas. It's probably not flipped in the right way. Is there something like astrometry.net for the moon?

Hi Charles,

I have rotated and flipped your image so that it is easier to match to maps.

The large, partly flooded crater near the centre is J. Herschel, while the prominent crater towards the top right with the 2 central hills is Philolaus.

Hope this helps.

I like to use this site for lunar identifications. Not great but useful.
