China, Russia join hands for mission to Mars

Russia and China are planning to launch a joint mission to Mars in 2009 to study the surface and one of the moons in 2009.

Interesting to see what will become of this. Could be a good spuron for planetary exploration.

I hope it works. But from my point of view, it's putting the cart before the horse when it comes to China's technology. 8O :S
