What cuss words do astronauts use?

Apparently, there is a rip in one of the ISS solar panel arrays.

I'd like to know--
1) What cuss words astronauts use in this situation?
2) How far will a screw driver go if you get mad and fling it into space?
3) Are there any plans to let astronauts take their kids up there with them to "help" by holding the tool box and passing them tools?

Hopefully, they can get this fixed because it has some potential to mess up the ISS construction schedule.

Lee, I believe I have the answers to your 3 questions....or at least POSSIBLE answers. wink

1) I'd imagine pretty much the same cuss words everybody else uses.

2) A "fling" doesn't impart much delta V - so I'd think it'd stay pretty much in the same orbit as the station.

3) A leave toys to trip over & asparagus crammed into somewhere it's not supposed to go? Are you nuts? 8)

Great story, Lee! Thanks.
It's good to know I'm not the only one with problems at the jobsite! wink

I think I remember an astronaut recently flung a bag of garbage/trash off the station. Actually, he would have been at the end of the space arm or something. I could be wrong but it was enough to get it away from the station. It will eventually burn up in earths atmosphere.

Again, I could be wrong or partially wrong on this one.
