Hi all,

It seems like the rainy season has finally arrived here in South Florida. In addition to several inches of rain, early morning clouds and haze have been making it difficult for me to image the little guy this week... until this morning.

Kind regards,

Angel

Great image!

I can see, especially in the 1st image a whiteness at the righthand side along the edge of the planet, below the dark area. Is this just some type of artifact or illusion? I noticed the same thing this morning (5/26/03) at about 5:00 -5:45 AM, but the whiteness covered the entire limb and seemed thicker than in your image. It was there no matter what EP or filters I used. Any possibility this is an actual atmospheric pnenomenon on Mars?
