A Feast of Aphids

This a Palm Warbler feeding on aphids on maiden cane, a 12-ft high grass. You can even see an aphid in his beak.

Cool shot. By the time those fellas get this far north, they have their summer clothes on. Problem is they like to spend their time in the treetops in the Oak and Pine forests while passing through. You got lucky to be that close.
