Anhinga

This is what I look like after a long night at the telescope.
Actually, it's an anhinga, photographed at Anhinga Trail, Everglades National Park.
Shot on a Nikon D80, with a Sigma 70-300 zoom.

nice image. The anhinga have a tendency to be a bit hostile when you get to close. They give that guttural grunt when you get to close. here is an image of one I shot some time ago. This anhinga looks almost prehistoric.
