The comments are also very powerful:

"I had two abortions. One in 1978, the other in 1982. I was young and recklas. I have ALWAYS regretted it. In 1984 I got married and ready to have babies and my body wouldn't let me. I had so much damage inside, I couldn't concieve. It has taken years of recovery and I take this opportunity here to say I AM PRO LIFE."

Aside from the taking of a life, the actual well-being of the mother is totally ignored by pro-choice advocates.

I'm months late too this conversation, but I figured I'd mention this study anyway:

http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa0905882

The people carrying out that study found that going through childbirth was more likely to induce a need for psychiatric help than going through an abortion was.

A study from a couple years prior to that had findings to the contrary has turned out to be significantly flawed: http://healthland.time.com/2012/03/08/study-linking-abortion-to-mental-health-problems-is-flawed/

I'm not addressing the moral question about abortion here, I'm just addressing the comment that people who are pro-life care more about women than people who are pro-choice.
